Discord Inactivity Timer Thingy

Post by Grizz Gallant » May 12th, 2018, 7:54 pm

I get kicked what feels like constantly, I think because discord belives I am AFK. If that is true can we chage the settings a bit. If I could get kicked even just once an hour or so that would be okay. It would be great if I could go a whole Bible Study without being kicked. I got kicked twice during tonights meeting for example.

If not I understand. I got kicked alot in teamspeak too.

Yeah, if the afk timer could be lengthened, that would be great. Sometimes I'm cleaning up or doing paperwork while listening to chatter, and it'd be nice not to be booted from voice every... 15-20 minutes, it seems.

Somebody just has to go in and change the time, it's on 15 mins now. It was an hour in TeamSpeak.

I went ahead and set it to an hour, as that will allow members who want to listen to Bible study while not doing anything else on their computer to do so.

If a significant part of the community thinks that is too long, let the CMs know and we'll discuss.
