This is Dobbs-bot or sometimes known as Mr. Hover Cat in reference to Mrs. Hover Cat his wife! She plays TF2 as well! It's so cool when family members play together! Dobbs-bot's Soldier has the Chieftain's Challenge hat which is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It's a stereotypical Native American war bonnet with team-colored Team Fortress 2 logos painted onto the wooden side buttons covering the Soldier's ears. It features broad white feathers with team-colored tips and bases, and a decorated band covering the Soldier's eyes.

ImageOn Dobbs-bot's back you can see the Concheror which is a community-created promotional secondary weapon for the Soldier. It's a light brown wooden box with dark brown corners and a quad diamond shaped insignia, accompanied by a conch shell. A white, slightly tattered, vertical banner flag with the same diamond insignia secured onto a pair of bamboo sticks appears, attached to the side of the box, when the banner call is played. The flag's symbol is that of the Takeda clan, a famous line of samurai warlords from the Sengoku, or Warring States era. The Concheror provides surrounding teammates (within 450 units) with a speed boost and they are healed for 35% of the damage they deal. Also it also adds a passive, self-healing effect, regenerating lost health at 2 points per second. The Concheror was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011.

ImageDobbs's weapon of choice for Soldier is the Beggar's Bazooka. The Beggar's Bazooka is a community-created primary weapon just for the Soldier. It's a crude rocket launcher made from pipes, mismatched handles, and a filter held together with bolts, electrical tape, and various straps and belts. A funnel is attached to the end as a makeshift exhaust port. With this weapon you can hold your fire button to load up to three rockets at one time. Releasing the fire button sends off all 3 rockets in a row, but overloading the chamber will cause a misfire and damage yourself.

Something else you'll notice in this Snapshot is No Blood and Sillygibs flying through the air. These are mods I have active for my game settings. You'll notice most of my pics have no blood in them. As a mom, I love this for me and my kids that play TF2. Anyone can enable these settings! The game is so much cleaner, I feel it helps my FPS in-game to not have to render all that blood, and my Snapshots are so much better looking.

For No Blood you can check out the options described in this link... http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =212982808 This link also has steps to disable blood for other games like Portal, Garry's Mod, and Counter Strike. I personally don't care for all the blood and body parts flying everywhere.

Image

@ Basically, if you enter your game Library
@ right click on Team Fortress 2 and select Properties
@ click Set Launch Options
@ and enter +violence_ablood 0 +violence_agibs 0 +violence_hblood 0 +violence_hgibs 0 into the box, hit OK
@ Relaunch your TF2. Voila!

The unusual flying objects are from the Silly Gibs mod. Instead've seeing body parts flying out during explosions, I get to see funny stuff pop out! Alarm clocks, license plates, springs, cheeseburgers, duckies, balloon animals, and cogs! I love this, it's so fun!

Image

@ Basically, if you enter your game Library
@ right click on Team Fortress 2 and select Properties
@ click Set Launch Options
@ and enter -sillygibs into the box, hit OK
@ Relaunch your TF2. Voila!

There are some servers that have Extra Gore options installed on their specific server. There are also some servers that have Zombie mode (for example) installed or the grappling hook enabled. So on some servers you could still see gore, blood or body parts if you are on one of those servers.

You're welcome! ^^
I remember the silly things mod when g4c was still around along with quake kill streak mod. Oh yeah, this server needs lego and mario blast. :D

As for the no blood mod, it did seem to improve fps, but I used chris max frames cfg and no hats mod. I recently added the no hats mod and somehow it improves fps much more. I still keep the unusual effects. :)

Oh ya, maybe one day we'll get to play Legoblast or Marioblast again! That would be cool! ^_^ P.S. Figured you'd keep the special effects!

This is The Doctor... who? ^_^ The Doctor is the son of Slick Al and brother of Pancakeman. Here The Doctor is showing off his Pyro skills. He is performing the Party Trick Pyro Taunt. The Pyro takes out a long balloon and ties it into a Balloonicorn similarly to a clown.
ImageHe sets the balloon ablaze with a lighter and then claps and laughs as the Balloonicorn does some aerial flips while burning. With Pyrovision equipped, this taunt is slightly different. The flame particles will be switched to a rainbow-like trail similar to the Rainblower's.

ImageThe Doctor has Pyrovision enabled as you can tell by his bluish colored goggle lenses. The Pyrovision Goggles are a cosmetic item for all classes. They're a pair of goggles with round lenses and the term "Optical Mask" printed in between them. The Pyro goggles take the form of special lenses swapped into the existing mask's eyepieces. If equipped on the Demoman, the left lens will be replaced by a metal hatch. Bits of the Pyroland landscape can be seen reflected on the lenses. When equipped, players are able to see in Pyrovision:

@ map textures are replaced with those of Pyroland - the goggles will not change textures on some official maps or any custom maps regardless of if they are using the original textures
@ gibs (blood, body parts) and pickups (health packs, metal) are replaced with their counterparts from birthday mode (party balloons, cupcakes, cakes, metal with yellow bows)
@ other players' voices become high-pitched and laugh when injured or killed
@ and certain Pyroland-only weapons and miscellaneous items become visible or change model.

The goggles were distributed in Vintage quality to all players who launched the game before July 5, 2012, tagged with the words "Witnessed the 2012 inferno". A Unique version of the item can still be awarded to a player by completing the A Fresh Pair of Eyes achievement - completed by dominating a player who is wearing the goggles, similar to obtaining the Ghastly Gibus hat.

ImageSpeaking of which, The Doctor is also showing off his Ghostly Gibus hat. The Ghostly Gibus is a cosmetic item for all classes. It's a less dusty Ghastly Gibus with a black band and a tiny ghost (that has jiggle bones) hiding under the brim. All types of gibus, except the Ghostly Gibus itself, that were obtained before the Spectral Halloween Special were given the "Ghostly" style, which gives it the Ghostly Gibus appearance. The Ghostly Gibus can be earned by obtaining the "Ghastly Gibus Grab" Achievement.

ImageLastly, The Doctor is wearing the Operation Oil Spill Badge. This badge is a cosmetic item for all classes. It's non-tradeable because it's earned by completing your first mission of the "Operation Oil Spill" Tour of Duty in Mann Up mode. It tracks a player's progress through the various Mann vs. Machine missions. The badge's level will increase based on the amount of times you've completed the challenges in Mann Up mode (level 100 requires completion of 594 missions).

This is BrOman! On Broman's Heavy head you'll notice the Tough Guy's Toque which is a cosmetic item just for the Heavy. It's a yellow and team-colored knitted tuque or chullo, with up-turned earflaps and a pom-pom on the top. Chullo is an Andean style of hat with earflaps, made from vicuña, alpaca, llama or sheep's wool. Alpaca has wool-like qualities that help to insulate its wearer from the harsh elements in the Andean Mountain region (the Andes Mountain Range along the Western boarder of South America). The Tough Guy's Toque is awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchase the BLU Heavy Action Figure.

Image Image

Broman's heavy gun is pointing down - ready in the spinup position. The Minigun, known affectionately as "Sasha", is the default primary weapon for the Heavy. It's a huge Gatling-style machine gun with a large rotating barrel, complete with a large white underslung ammunition case and two handles. Firing four bullets at a time at a rate of ten times a second, the Minigun is able to quickly rip through opponents at short range. The damage, however, will fall off quickly over longer distances and the bullets are subject to a wide cone of fire. The weapon requires a short period of time to spin up and down before and after firing.

Pros and Cons: During this period and while firing...
@ the Heavy cannot jump or switch weapons
@ has his speed reduced to approximately 47% of the Heavy's regular movement speed (= 37% of standard forward movement speed)
@ and he cannot move at all while crouching
Image
The spin up can be initiated in mid-air without losing speed to jump quickly around corners while ready to fire. Players can begin spinning the barrel by holding down secondary fire, which will not fire any ammunition until primary fire is pressed. This can allow the Heavy to quickly respond to enemies when keeping the same position. Broman is ready for action!

This is Brandon_2016! Brandon's sporting an Unusual Attendant hat with a Blizzardy Storm Effect. This Effect has a slim chance to be obtained from any crate of Series #26 to Series #57. The Attendant hat is styled after a 1950s gas service-station attendant's attire. It's a worn, gray soft cap with a yellow band sitting on top of a black curved visor and includes a small black bowtie around the Pyro's neck.

Image Mr. Foster's Gasmask from Killing Floor

On his face, Brandon is wearing the Foster's Facade. It replaces the Pyro's default gas mask with a white rubber GP-5 gas mask, similar to the one worn by the character "Mr. Foster" in the game Killing Floor. On the filter of the mask, a tiny line of text reads Made in Russia. This item, along with the Stockbroker's Scarf, was obtainable for players who either already owned Killing Floor or purchased the game between December 14, 2010 and January 4, 2011 during the Killing Floor Twisted Christmas Event. Those who purchased the game before December 14, 2010 received Vintage versions.
ImageBrandon also has the Sight for Sore Eyes enabled. It's a pair of loose googly eyes that fit inside the lens sockets of the Pyro's mask. The term "sight for sore eyes" is an English colloquial phrase that refers to a person that one is pleased to see. The Description for this item says... "Humorously vellicating vitreous". Vellicating is the act of lightly touching a body part so as to cause the underlying nerves to twitch. Vitreous humor is the clear gel that fills the space between the lens and the retina of the eyeball. So, I guess you'd say it's the Eye Gel touching you in a Funny Way that makes you Twitch. :P

This is Fallen Leaves's attire! She is showing off one of the New Arkham Knight items! This item was added to Team Fortress 2 a little more than a month ago, on December 4, 2015. The Fear Monger face covering is based upon the Batman villain, Scarecrow. The Scarecrow is a villain that uses Fear based weaponry to cause mayhem in Gotham. A Monger is a trader or promoter of a commodity or activity like a marketer. Unlike a marketer, a Monger will usually go to extensive, even illegal, lengths to promote their product. So, I guess this would suggest that the Pyro will use any means necessary to defeat you with Fear.

Image

The Fear Monger replaces the Pyro's mask with a stitched-up, worn-down, team-colored hood and mask tied together with a torn noose. It is also paintable which makes the Eyes appear the painted color.

Image

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased Batman: Arkham Knight on Steam before November 16, 2015.

This is TheSpyBeetle! He is currently one of the Admins on the Fish Server! He is sporting the The Blood Banker outfit. It undoes the Spy's coat and gives him a team-colored striped three-button waistcoat with an orange (for RED) or yellow (for BLU) shirt with a high white collar and a team-colored tie. It is Paintable which changes the color of the undershirt to the painted color. The item name, Blood Banker, references blood banks - which are caches of blood or its components, preserved for later use in blood transfusion. Part of the Description for this items asks... "Oh, you'd like to make a deposit?" The Blood Banker outfit was added to the game July 10, 2013.
Image On TheSpyBeetle's jacket you can see the vague edging of a medal. It's hard to make out but I believe this Medal is a Genuine UGC Highlander Iron Participant Pin. I also believe it came from Season 15 or 16. Each season seems to have it's uniquely designed Pin. UGC Highlander participants are involved in high levels of Competitive Matches against other teams. In Highlander mode, only one player for each of the 9 classes is allowed per team. One Scout, one Soldier, one Pyro, one Demo, one Heavy, one Engie, one Medic, one Sniper, and one Spy is all.

Image You can see by the position of SpyBeetle's hands that he has The Director's Vision Taunt. It's a Tuant that can be used by all classes. It can be obtained by completing the Replay Achievement Star Of My Own Show. When executed, the player puts their arms out and forms a rectangle with their fingers like they're taking a picture or lining up a shot for a movie. The Pyro actually has two different animations for this taunt: one somewhat feminine, another more masculine. The Director's Vision Taunt was added May 5, 2011 during the Replay Update.

This is Datajockeys! His Sniper is sporting the Ol' Snaggletooth hat, often shortened to just Snaggle. Ol' Snaggletooth is the top half of a crocodile's head, with a loose elastic band attached around the Sniper's jaw. A similar hat, also named "Ol' Snaggletooth", appears in Dota 2 as a reference to this hat. Ol' Snaggletooth is one component in The Croc-o-Style Kit. If you have all 4 items of this kit enabled on your Sniper... it will leave a Calling Card on your victims.

Image

On his back, you'll see Datajockeys has the Darwin's Danger Shield. It's a crocodile hide, complete with waving tail, stretched over a broken wooden frame. A bird skull is tied to the brown leather body strap. The name "Darwin" is suspected to refer to Charles Darwin, who is known for proposing the scientific theory of natural selection and the theory of Evolution. But it could also refer to Darwin - the capital of the Northern Territory in Australia which is the Sniper's home country. Crocodiles are also often found around this capital city. The Darwin's Danger Shield is also one of the components in The Croc-o-Style Kit.

Pros and Cons:
@ Increases max health by 25 points on wearer
@ Increases bullet damage resistance by 15% on wearer
@ Increases explosion damage vulnerability by 20% on wearer
@ Grants its ability passively; does not need to be activated

Image

Lastly, Datajockeys has the Sydney Sleeper weapon enabled. It's a single-shot pneumatic dart gun with an air tank with spare darts (with corks) attached to the stock. A scope is fitted to the top and feathers are tied to the barrel. When equipped, the Sniper will appear to have darts in his breast pocket. The Sydney Sleeper is also one component in The Croc-o-Style Kit.

Pros and Cons:
@ On scoped hit, applies Jarate effect to the target for 2 to 8 seconds based on amount charged.
@ Charge rate increased 25%.
@ Headshots do not crit.
@ No random critical hits.
@ Charges while zoomed.
@ Unlike the Jarate, this cannot extinguish burning allies on hit.
