What's up with the Fish servers?

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone knows why the fish servers have so few players all the time. :huh: It seems like participation has usually picked back up by Nov in the past.

Well, many of our core group of players have moved on in life, to other games, other servers, full-time jobs, school, etc. And the servers seem to be in a constant state of "no one wants to play because no one is playing." Every now and again we will organize a game night that populates the servers for a while, but then a particular map will come up that empties it out again. We're trying to refine them and boost traffic again, and we're totally open to suggestions.

Same suggestions I always made when I was a regular player.

Combine stock and custom map lists to provide variety and prevent burnout.
Lower class limits on spies, scouts and snipers to two per team to encourage more rounded teams for better play.
Rotate mods thru 2nd or 3rd fish server to provide game variety. (Prop hunt, dodgeball, saxton hale, arena)
